Free kitchen visualizer
See your kitchen with new doors before you buy them
Upload one photo of the kitchen you already have. Pick a door style and a color, and I’ll show you the same room with those doors on it. Then decide whether you want me to come and measure.
Takes a minute or two. No account, no obligation, no cost.
Now
A minute or two later
The visualizer keeps your room, your layout and your countertop. It only changes the doors and drawer fronts.
Why this costs what it costs
Your cabinet boxes are probably fine
The boxes are the cheap part of a kitchen and the expensive part of replacing one. Most of what you pay for a full cabinet replacement is tearing out carcasses that had nothing wrong with them, and then the plumber, the electrician and the weeks of eating standing up that follow.
I change the doors and the drawer fronts and leave everything else where it is. No demolition, no dumpster in the drive, no four weeks without a kitchen.
I price each kitchen after I have measured it, and you get that one figure in writing. No deposit is taken until the quote is signed.
What changes
- Every cabinet door
- Every drawer front
- The end panels that show
- The hinges and the handles
What stays
- The cabinet boxes
- Your countertop
- The sink and the plumbing
- The layout, exactly as it is
You keep the sink, the oven and the fridge the whole time I am there.
How it works
Four steps, and the first three cost you nothing
- 01

I come and measure, free
Free in-home measure anywhere I cover.
What I do
Two ways to get there
Custom replacement doors
New doors and drawer fronts, made to your sizes. The boxes stay.
Your cabinet boxes are almost always fine. I measure them, build new doors and drawer fronts to fit, and hang them in a day or two. You get a new kitchen without the demolition, the dumpster, or the four-week wait.
- Keeps your existing layout and countertop
- A fraction of what a full replacement costs
- Fitted in a day or two, not weeks
- Any style and color, built to your sizes
What it costs
One fixed price, in writing, once I have measured. The thing it saves you is a full cabinet replacement.
No deposit is taken until the quote is signed.
Cabinet repainting
Keep your doors, change the color.
If the doors are solid and you just want a different color, spraying them is the cheapest route to a kitchen that looks new. I take them off, prep and spray them properly, and rehang them.
- The lowest-cost option by a distance
- Sprayed, not brushed — no brush marks
- Hardwearing cabinet-grade finish
- Usually done in two or three days

Styles and colors
Pick the color on your own kitchen, not on a chip
A sample card tells you very little about a whole run of doors under your own lights. Try all 10 finishes on your photo instead, and change your mind as many times as you want. I build whichever one you settle on.
- Pure white
- Alabaster
- Greige
- Sage green
- Forest green
- Deep navy
- Charcoal
- Matte black
- Natural oak
- Walnut
Door styles

My own work
Doors I made and hung myself
Photographs from real kitchens, not catalogue renders. The visualizer shows you what yours could look like; this is what the finished thing looks like in someone’s house.

Shaker fronts in white, hung and adjusted until the gap down the middle was even.
Carrillo Cabinets
Who turns up
Francisco Carrillo
Owner, cabinetmaker and fitter
I make custom cabinet doors and I use them to reface kitchens. Before this I fitted whole kitchens, and I got tired of tearing out cabinet boxes that had nothing wrong with them. Most kitchens do not need replacing. They need new doors, and the boxes can stay where they are.
I measure your kitchen myself, I make the doors myself, and I fit them myself. You deal with me from the first phone call to the last hinge.
